Nicholas Harper Dell
Nick studied Pre-Law with a view to Osgoode Hall intending to become an Environmental Lawyer with a specialization in Municipal Law. Following the years after University he began consulting under his Father’s goodwill at Greg Dell & Associates. He later rebranded to Harper Dell & Associates Inc. in 2017 to which he now is the sole Owner and Operator.

Greg followed in his Father’s footsteps and began Greg Dell & Associates in the 1980s. His experience in Planning & Land Development helped develop a reputation for his maverick tactics by many Land Owners and Businesses over the years. He gracefully retired in 2017.

Founder
George Dell
George left Imperial Oil and franchised several Esso Gas Stations in Toronto in the 1960s. He then started Cardell Leasing and ultimately sold the Company to Michael Goldstein in the 1980s. He helps begin the Consulting Goodwill of the Dell Family in Ontario.
